A CRM holds other people's names, numbers and conversations. Klienta was built with the GDPR in the room, not bolted on afterwards: the questions it asks are the ones a data protection officer would.

Consent is on the contact
Every contact carries the basis on which you may contact them, and whether you may at all. It is not a note somebody has to remember; it is a field the product checks.
Your privacy policy is written from your settings
Answer a few questions about what you collect and why, and Klienta writes the policy and publishes it. Every answer to a form records which version of that policy the person was shown.
Erasure is a request, not a project
When a person asks to be forgotten, you tell us: we show you exactly what would go, erase it, and keep the record that it was asked for and done. Answers collected by your forms clear themselves — the raw answer is redacted a year after it arrives.
Access is visible
Who can see what is set by role. An admin can look at Klienta as an employee would. When Klienta's own support looks at your workspace, it is read-only, and you see it happening.
Sign-in and sessions
Each person signs in with their own account and a verified email address. Passwords are never stored as written. Sessions can be reviewed and ended from settings.
To send from Klienta, a person connects their Gmail account. Klienta sends on their behalf and files what was sent on the contact. It does not read the mailbox.
Your data
Your workspace is yours. Ask us and it comes back to you as a spreadsheet — your contacts, companies, deals and offers, with their history. Ask us to erase it and it goes, with the record of the request kept.
Questions
Our data processing agreement says what we do with the personal data you keep here, and on whose instructions. If your DPO has a question it does not answer, write to us. A person answers.
