What if a salesperson leaves and takes our customers?
Each salesperson sees the companies given to them, not the whole list, and nobody on your team can download it: an export goes through us, when the owner asks. When someone leaves, you end their access and their companies stay with you.

Only when you ask us for help, only to read, and you see it while it happens: a banner tells your team why and until when, and it is written in your activity log.

What if a password is stolen, or a phone goes missing?
Everyone has their own sign-in, and passwords are never stored as written. If a phone or laptop goes missing, you see every device signed in and end it from settings.

Will our emails get us into trouble with the GDPR?
Every contact carries its consent and whether it may be contacted. Offers and marketing emails skip anyone who unsubscribed. Forms you host with Klienta record which privacy policy the person saw. Your Gmail lets Klienta send, never read, and we do not track who opens an email.

Can we leave, and take everything with us?
Yes. The owner asks, and we send you one spreadsheet, with a sheet each for contacts, companies, deals, offers, calls and notes. Files and call recordings come separately. It is yours.
